Dry Sigh
A dry sigh touches me lightly
Silky sand,
warm and generous,
You fill me with your grains one at a time.
In my mind,
as time occurs,
it slips away,
like fingertips that caress the passing of the ground.
And you! You are here!
Immeasurable warmth,
we are leaving, taking the road.
We are on our way towards far horizons.
So close to me,
the solitary companion is approaching slowly.
My words limit,
but our meeting is infinite.
Human beings, connected,
with certainty.
With steps measured in chronometric millimetres,
we are trying to master the science of time.
Tangled circles, of a virtuosic mechanism,
by movement we give it life.
With our solar clock, we advance to the rhythm of another time.
